Book a business ride
Enter pick-up and destination and click “Calculate price”. You will then see the business price here straight away.
You can book online from 3 hours ahead, and from 15 hours ahead after 18:00 in the evening. We are working on accepting short-notice rides online soon. If it is urgent, message us on WhatsApp or call us.
What makes a business ride
For companies that want to rely on their taxi: on time, discreet and with well-kept cars. Booked online, paid on invoice.
On time
Before every ride your driver confirms that he will be with you in good time. If he ever cannot make it, we know at once and take care of it.
Discreet
What is said in the car stays in the car. Our drivers know when a chat is welcome and when you need quiet.
Reliable
We choose our drivers ourselves. Your ride is fixed as soon as it is confirmed, and you know the price beforehand.
Newer, clean cars
Well-kept vehicles that suit a business appointment. For more passengers or a lot of luggage, a larger one comes.
Oh, and by the way: we are cool, reliable, relaxed and really glad to help – but we do not wear ties, and not all of our cars are black.
On invoice
Your company gets a company account. Anyone registered as a booker signs in and books on invoice, with a cost centre if you like. The invoice comes once a month for all rides, or per ride.
Long-distance rides and rides abroad
To a meeting in Linz, Graz or Salzburg, to Bratislava, Budapest or Munich: the calculator shows you the price before you book.
Business prices to Vienna Airport
Fixed price between Vienna and Vienna Airport, day and night, in both directions. Choose your district: the ride then appears in the calculator above, and only the exact address is missing.

The prices apply to up to 4 passengers with no more than 2 large and 2 small suitcases and include VAT. From 5 passengers or with more luggage, €20 is added.
Company account
With a company account you book on invoice, and your company’s terms apply as soon as you ask for a price. Create the account yourself: we check the details and activate it. If you would rather talk to us, write to us.
